COOCH BEHAR, Sept. 10: Submitting a memorandum to the district land and land reforms officer in Cooch Behar today, the supporters of Trinamul Youth Congress demanded transparency in functioning of the DL&LR office. They also demanded end of corruption and unwanted activity of middlemen in the office. In the memorandum they pointed out 9-point charter of demands to better the situation. []
