PDS candidate
COOCH BEHAR, April 2: On behalf of the Party for Democratic Socialism (PDS) Mr Krishnakanto Barman submitted the first nomination paper for the Cooch Behar Lok Sabha seat today. He is the district unit secretary of the PDS.
