BOOK FAIR

Book Fair begins

 

COOCH BEHAR, Dec. 30: The Cooch Behar district book fair organised by the Local Library Authority (LLA) in association with Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation and state library services department began at Raas Mela Maidan in Cooch Behar today. It will continue till 5 January. State forest minister Mr Ananta Roy inaugurated the fair. A 'walk for books' was also held in the town prior to the opening of the fair. The book fair will be kept open everyday from 12-noon to 8 a.m. []
