Education scenario reviewed

 

COOCH BEHAR, Feb. 19: A four-member team of Assembly Subject Committee on educational affairs led by Mr Gurupada Dutta reviewed the education scenario of Cooch Behar district at Circuit House today.

 

Cooch Behar Zilla Parishad sabhadhipati Mr Jnanendra Chandra Chanda and senior officials of education department attended the meeting. Different problems of education sector especially the dropout problem were discussed at the meeting. The team members are to visit functioning of schools in this district during their two-day visit.
