Trinamul to block SP office on 16 July

 

COOCH BEHAR, July 3: State Trinamul Congress secretary Md Abdul Jalil Ahmed declared that Trinamul Congress will gherao the office of Cooch Behar SP on 16 July condemning the CPI-M attack on their supporters at Sitalkuchi today and demanding arrest of the CPI-M leaders involved in the 'forcible cremation' of a 15-year-old girl. They will also observe roadblock programme at different places in the district on 5 July. He alleged that CPI-M supporters attacked their supporters in front of Sitalkuchi police station when they went there to submit a memorandum. Six Trinamul supporters were injured in the attack, he alleged. []
